Are there any countries excluded from your affiliate programme?
You cannot have an FDJ UNITED Affiliates account if you are based in any of the following countries:
Afghanistan, Albania, Barbados, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, Chad, China, Comoros, Croatia, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Hong Kong SAR China, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, North Korea, Laos, Lebanon, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritania, Moldova, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Republic of Congo, Russia, Senegal, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tanzania, Togo, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Vietnam, Western Sahara, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Which payment options do you offer?
FDJ UNITED Affiliates offers a number of payment methods including bank transfer, Skrill (formerly Moneybookers) and NETELLER. Please make sure that your payment options are kept up-to-date on your affiliate account under My Account > Payment Information.

How do I verify my affiliate account so I can be paid commission?
FDJ UNITED is required to verify the information associated to the affiliates account as part of our Know Your Affiliate (KYA) program. This due diligence is required for all prospective and existing affiliates.
Please note that non-compliance will result in the termination of our business relationship with FDJ UNITED. The relationship can only be reinstated after the due diligence process is successfully completed and approved.

What is the FDJ UNITED Affiliates program and how does it work?
What is a sub-affiliate?
A sub-affiliate is a new affiliate which is referred by an existing affiliate of FDJ UNITED Affiliates. Existing affiliates can refer new affiliates via their unique sub-affiliate link, which can be found in the ‘My Account’ section when logged in.
Once your referred affiliate has signed up, you can achieve additional earnings for every customer that your sub-affiliate sends to us. Easy!

Do you offer bonus codes?
Can I offer visitors to my website an incentive to sign up?
FDJ UNITED sites offer a range of incentives to new players. These bonuses vary according to the product you are promoting and the market which you are targeting. To view the latest promotions for your relevant market, visit our Market pages.
Affiliates are not able to offer their own incentives to visitors. This includes any sort of cashback promotion.
Can I request a special marketing tool for my website?
Do you pay sub-affiliates earnings with normal payouts?
As soon as you log into your affiliate account, your payment information will be displayed on the main page. More detailed information can be obtained by clicking onto ‘Reports’, ‘Earnings Report’ or ‘Payment Report’.
Are sub-affiliates earnings paid on the same date as my regular payments?
Yes, your sub-affiliate commission is paid together with your regular affiliate earnings every month. You can view your sub-affiliates under Reports > Earnings Reports > Sub-Affiliates.

How do I know how much money I’ve made?
I’m registered for VAT. How do I get my commission?
Affiliates registered for VAT in United Kingdom must invoice FDJ UNITED Affiliates before the 5th day of the month following the month for which the commission is to be paid. Failure to submit a valid invoice by this date may result in a delay in payment. Invoice templates are available in the ‘Payments’ section and you must include the PO number provided by your Affiliate Manager on the invoice. All invoices should be sent by email to: invoices601@kindredgroup.com and please remember to copy in your Affiliate Manager on these payment emails.
Affiliates registered for tax outside of United Kingdom are not required to invoice us and their commission will be paid automatically via the payment details on their account, provided they reach the minimum payment limit of €100.
